Fees

A deposit, which is deductible from a success fee, of £750 is required to commence a search over a period of three months.

Buying

A success fee of 1.5% of the property value is payable within 14 days of exchange of contracts on your new property.

Renting

A success fee of £2500 or one months rent (whichever is the greater) is payable within 14 days of exchange of contracts on your new property.
